Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This right is granted under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and implemented in Danish law.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a person you nominate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods [insert product name]. Ordered on [insert date] / received on [insert date]. Name and address of consumer: [insert your name and address]. Date: [insert date]."
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
4. Return of Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We recommend that you return goods in their original packaging where possible and use a trackable delivery method.
Please include your order reference or name in the return package so we can identify your return quickly.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised, or which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Additionally, the right of withdrawal may not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery. This may include opened supplement bottles or capsules. If you have any questions about whether your product can be returned, please contact us before opening the packaging.
If you have requested that we begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from the contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
6. Defective or Incorrect Goods
If you receive defective or incorrect goods, please contact us within a reasonable time. We will, at our option, replace the goods or provide a full refund, including delivery costs. Your statutory rights under consumer protection law are not affected by this policy. In Denmark, consumers have a two-year warranty period for defects that existed at the time of delivery.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or of you providing evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time (typically 5–10 business days) for the refund to appear in your account. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
8. Non-EU Customers
If you are located outside the European Union, different terms may apply depending on your jurisdiction. Please contact us for information about returns and refunds in your country. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable return requests in accordance with applicable local laws.
